September 6 – Arrival Day
Arrive in Sundsvall at your convenience via Sundsvall/Timrå Airport, the central railway station, or car. After check-in at Best Western Hotel Baltic, enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Walk the charming streets of Stenstan, stop for a Swedish Fika, or try local Nordic cuisine. Dinner is at your own choice and pace.

September 7 – Rooftop Tour and Norra Berget
Start with a Scandinavian breakfast buffet from 7:00–9:30 am. At 10:00 am, meet your guide in the hotel lobby. A short walk brings you to the Rooftop Tour (10:15–11:45 am), offering sweeping city views and stories from Sundsvall’s past.

At 12:00 pm, enjoy lunch at the Old City Hall. At 2:00 pm, depart for Norra Berget for a guided walk and Fika (2:30–4:00 pm). Choose between a 30-minute uphill walk or pre-arranged taxi. The afternoon is yours to relax or explore the surrounding nature.

Dinner is served at 7:00 pm at Mamma Augustas, within your hotel.

September 8 – Transfer to EUROMEET 2026
Enjoy breakfast between 7:00–8:00 am before checking out. A transfer departs at 8:15 am to Hotel Södra Berget. Check-in and networking begins at 8:30 am, followed by the EUROMEET opening at 9:00 am.

• Rooftop walking tour with views and local stories (10:15–11:45 am)
• Norra Berget open-air museum visit with Fika (2:30–4:00 pm)
• Centrally located accommodation in Sundsvall's historic district

The itinerary allows for flexible arrivals on September 6. Walking is part of the program; taxi to Norra Berget can be pre-booked. Ideal as a lead-in to EUROMEET 2026. All timings are subject to minor adjustments based on local logistics.
